Supervision under the Waste Management Act §§57 and 62

The owner of the installation has to regularly, at least within four years after the release of BAT conclusions during the main activity of an IPPC treatment plant take the necessary measures to adapt to the prior technology.

§62 (1) The authority shall review treatment facilities at least every five years. IPPC treatment facilities are in accordance with the deadlines specified in § 63a para 4 [NB: Environmental Inspection max. Three years] to check.
